Questions
Do I have to be a client?
No. Anyone can get a link: therapists, coaches, consultants, billing pros. You do not need to use our service.
Is this okay under my ethics code?
Ethics codes limit fees for referring clients. This is different: you are pointing a colleague to a marketing company. No client is referred, and no client information is shared.
When do I get paid?
Within 14 days after the practice you referred makes its second monthly payment. We email you when they sign up and again when we pay.
How do you know they came from me?
Your link saves a code in their browser for 90 days. When they run a report or sign up, your name is on it. If they forget to use the link, have them reply to any of our emails with your name.
What if their city is already taken?
We work with one practice per area, so we cannot sign them. The free report still shows them what to fix, and you are not charged anything.
Do I need to sell anything?
No. Send the link. The free report does the explaining. They can email us questions. There are no sales calls.
