Most therapy marketing agencies hide their pricing. We do not.

Typical therapy marketing retainers run

$1,000–$5,000+

per month

Try this experiment. Visit the top ten therapy marketing agency websites. See how many of them show you a number before you book a sales call. The answer is almost none.

That is not a coincidence. Most agencies hide their pricing because it lets them charge every practice a different amount based on what they think you can afford. We think that is a bad way to start a relationship.

Here is what the industry actually charges, based on current 2026 benchmarks.

Some agencies tier their pricing: a few hundred a month for a basic package, $1,000 to $2,500 for a mid-level retainer, and $5,000+ for anything resembling a full-service engagement. A Psychology Today listing runs about $30 to $60 a month, but you share the placement with dozens of other therapists. Most agencies lock you into 6 to 12 month contracts, and very few include the website build.

Our price is $1,500 a month, flat. It sits below the middle of what the industry charges, and it includes the website build, the SEO, the content, and the new-client tracking that most agencies either charge extra for or do not offer at all.

What keeps us honest is not a pricing formula. It is the fact that you can leave any month, and that we only take one practice per service area. If we stop performing, we lose the whole market. That is real skin in the game.

Built for established private practices. Not everyone qualifies.

This is for you if

  • An established or growing private practice
  • Licensed and actively seeing clients
  • Want a fuller caseload, more clinicians, or a second location
  • Tired of renting visibility on directories and waiting on referrals
  • Value transparency and reports you can actually read

This is not for you if

  • Not yet licensed or not yet seeing clients
  • A hobby or very part-time practice
  • Bargain hunters shopping on price
  • Anyone who only wants social media posts

If $1,500 a month feels like a risk instead of a line item, we are not the right fit yet. No hard feelings.

The math, without a calculator

$1,500 a month is $18,000 a year.

A new therapy client is worth roughly $2,000 or more in lifetime value (about $150 a session over 15 or so sessions, often much more for ongoing weekly work). At that rate, about two new clients a month covers the entire plan. Everything past that is profit.

Before you sign anything, we run your numbers together: your session rate, your typical length of care, and what page one traffic realistically looks like in your market. If the math does not work for your practice, we tell you, and the deal does not happen.

What we do NOT do (and why)

Just to be clear.

Warm paper-cut illustration of one new-client inquiry routed to a single local practice instead of being shared across a directory of competing therapists

Google Ads management

PPC for therapy is a specialty, and doing it well requires dedicated account management and a completely different skill set than SEO. If you need PPC, we can recommend people who do it right. When we launch PPC as a service, you will be the first to know.

Social media

We do not manage your social media. If you want daily posts, reels, or a community manager responding to Instagram comments, we are not the right fit. We focus on the marketing channels that actually fill a caseload for therapists: SEO, local search, and your website.

Cold outreach & paid directories

We do not run cold email, cold calls, or manage your paid directory listings on Psychology Today, Grow Therapy, or Headway. We are a digital marketing company. When someone in your area searches for a therapist, we make sure they find and choose you, on a site you own rather than a listing you rent.

Guarantees

We do not guarantee a specific number of new clients. Nobody legitimately can. New-client volume depends on your market, your service area, and how competitive local search is in your region. What we guarantee is transparency, tracking, and month to month terms. Every inquiry is logged and visible in your dashboard, and if we stop delivering, you can walk away that month. No contract holds you here.

Frequently asked questions about our flat-rate pricing

Straight answers to the things you actually want to know before spending a dollar.

What does $1,500 a month actually include?

Everything. The custom site build, hosting and security, local SEO and Google Business Profile work, on-page and technical SEO, content, monthly reporting, the new-client tracking dashboard, and unlimited edits. There are no tiers, no add-ons, and no surprise upsells six weeks in. If your practice needs it to rank and convert, it is in the plan.

Why one flat price instead of pay-per-lead or tiers?

We keep it to one flat price on purpose. Pay-per-lead sounds fair, but it means counting inquiries, disputing them, and running a formula every month to explain the invoice. You would spend energy auditing the bill instead of seeing clients. One flat price keeps the incentives simple: we keep earning your business every month, or you leave. That is all the accountability either of us needs.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. Everything is month to month. We earn your business every 30 days. Most agencies lock clients into 6 to 12 month contracts because they know their work does not produce results fast enough to earn the next month on merit. We believe if we are not delivering, you should be able to walk away.

Are there setup fees?

No. The $1,500/month covers the initial site build and all ongoing work. Some agencies charge $3,000 to $10,000 upfront for "onboarding" or "design fees" before any marketing happens. We do not. Your first month is the same as your fiftieth month.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep everything. Your domain, your website, your content. All of it is yours. We hand off admin access and you can continue running the site yourself, hire another agency, or move it to another platform. No exit fees. No penalties. No hostage situations.

Do you offer a cheaper package for smaller practices?

No. This plan is built for established or growing private practices that are licensed and actively seeing clients. If that is not you yet, we are genuinely not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that now than take your money for results you cannot use. Doing this work properly costs what it costs. Cutting the price means cutting the work.

What does one practice per service area mean?

We never work with two practices competing in the same market. When you sign on, your service area is yours, and we turn away your competitors for as long as you are a client. If your market is already taken, we will tell you upfront instead of wasting your time.

How does $1,500 compare to what agencies and directories charge?

Typical therapy marketing retainers run $1,000 to $5,000 per month, usually on 6 to 12 month contracts, and often without a website build included. Directories look cheaper until you do the math: a Psychology Today listing runs about $30 to $60 per month, but you sit ranked among dozens of other therapists, you never own the placement, and you share the same pool of clients. Our price includes everything, is exclusive to your market, and requires no contract.
