Don't worry. They're basic. This page explains what we collect when you use thetherapistseocompany.com and what we do with it.

If you run our free Practice Visibility Report, we collect your website address, city, and email address, and we store the report so you can come back to it. We keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address only to stop abuse, never the address itself. If you use the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, practice name, email, phone (optional), website, and message. We also collect standard, anonymous analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, general location, device type).

How we use it

• To prepare and email you the report you requested, and to answer your questions.
• To contact you about working together, if that's why you reached out.
• To understand which content is useful and improve the site.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share your leads. We don't add you to lists you didn't ask to be on.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time. Email hello@thetherapistseocompany.com and we'll take care of it.
